Inspections can be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.

Our professional inspectors use some of the most modern home inspection equipment available, which includes a sonoscope (for detecting water main leaks to and from the house), electronic moisture meter to check for wet basement and active roof leaks, electronics circuit tester and more. Our detailed inspection reports are developed on site at the time of the inspection and given to the buyer along with a termite inspection and certificate. At which time our inspector will review your home inspection report with you and answer any questions you may have. Additional copies of your report may be requested at the time of the inspection. All our reports are in accordance with the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
